A Beautiful Heart - Platteville Class of 2021 Senior

One of the things I love most about working with seniors is getting the opportunity to meet some incredible young people. My next Class of 2021 Senior from Platteville High School is not only beautiful on the outside but has the biggest sweetest heart, the most infectious laugh, an awesome sense of humor, and is one of the politest young ladies I've ever met. Now, you have to imagine when I meet new seniors this year, it's behind a mask. I don't get to see the full senior until the day of the session. After meeting Kylie I quickly realized that she's the type of girl that doesn't understand how gorgeous she is and this was now my mission...  However, just from our first in studio design consultation I knew this girl was going to be a joy to work with and I was not wrong. 

Kylie planned her session with a little bit of a vintage urban flare so of course we headed to Galena Illinois. We took our little tour making sure to hit up some beautiful spots with great texture and architecture. Her wardrobe was perfect but I LOVED the black and white outfit against the stark white building and staircase! We hit up a beautiful field for some sunset portraits before heading down to the water. We had the best golden hour lighting for her water portraits. The pictures are so dramatic and swoon worthy!

Kylie also chose to add on a night session to show of her beautiful prom dress. I loved the color and I'm a sucker for the ball gown look. Elegance, drama, and a gorgeous young lady made for a wonderful evening against the "city lights". 

I want to thank Kylie and her family for choosing me to capture her senior portrait experience. I know I captured just how beautiful this young lady is not only on the outside but on the inside as well. Her future is bright and I can't wait to see all that she will accomplish. Thank you, and enjoy!
