Comfy Cozy Chic - Class of 2020 Scales Mound

I love celebrating my senior girls that have become so near and dear to my heart. Miss Mickenzie was part of my Class of 2020 Senior Rep Team, The Candid Crew. We've spent almost a year together getting to know one another, capturing beautiful portraits, and making some pretty awesome memories. Mickenzie has been a joy to have on the team. She is so incredibly sweet, warm hearted, and genuine.

I appreciate that this years Crew was so different in personality, styles, and passions. From the start I learned that Mickenzie is all about the "comfy cozy". Grab a good book, cuddle up on the couch, rock an oversized sweater, and dive into where her imagination takes her is the best way to describe Mickenzie. For her This is me session we took this idea and added a little magic, Harry Potter magic to be exact! 
During Mickenzie's personal session we traveled all over Dubuque to capture some beautiful flowers at the Aboretum, old textures in Downtown Dubuque, and waited for the twinkle of the traffic lights during her night session. Mickenzie also requested sunset water portraits. She was brave enough to "dive" right in and the outcome was pure perfection. Lastly, Mickenzie wanted to celebrate her love of softball with an "under the lights" session at her softball field.
