Happy Anniversary J+J

This past year, I haven't had the opportunity to do many couples sessions. So when Mrs. Jennifer contacted me in February for a Fall Anniversary session, I was so excited. I love getting to meet new couples, hearing their story, and capturing them in the most authentic way possible. During our design consult, it was obvious that there would be a ton of laughter during this session and frankly I can't count how many times I heard "but he's just so handsome". Jennifer and Jacob are truly one of the sweetest couples I've had the pleasure to photograph. 

This would be a truly special session as they were celebrating their 5th Wedding Anniversary and Jennifer wanted to pull out her wedding dress for a portion of her session. I've done many "wedding recreation" sessions and I think it's a great way to get to wear for favorite dress twice. After five years, it still fit, and she looked stunning. 

For the session, we chose to stick around some of the beautiful spots in and around Benton for a fall feel. This is a local couple so it was fun to keep it close to home. As I figured, we had no shortage of laughter and was obvious how much these two truly love and respect one another.
One special request for this session was to add a little "Harry Potter" magic into the mix. I'm always up for a challenge, especially when it comes to something a little whimsical.
