Miss Rachael - Class of 2023

I'd like to introduce you to Miss Rachael, a class of 2023 senior from Conant High School in Hoffman Estates IL. Rachael and her mom invited me to travel down to Chicago for a location session to celebrate her graduation. 

I spent three years of my life in Schaumburg and fell in love with the area when I lived there for college. I was super excited when Rachael asked me to capture these special memories in the windy city! It was a BIG difference from senior sessions around here but it was absolutely amazing. 

To start off our day we headed to Rachael's High School for a few cap and gown photos before driving into the city. Big thanks and shout out to our amazing chauffeur Tom! First stop, we wanted something a little edgy. I loved the overhead train tracks and the busy city streets for SUPER urban backdrop. We stumbled across an amazing mural and utilized some alley ways before heading to the next location.
You can't shoot in Chicago without getting the city skyline and a little bit of Lake Michigan. North Avenue Beach was amazing but lived up to the "windy city" name. Rachael looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous prom dress that caught the light perfectly. 
For our fourth and final location we headed down by the river walk. Between the gorgeous light, the architecture and Miss Rachael's beautiful smile... it was an awesome way to end our time together. Thank you for checking off another bucket list shoot for me ladies!

I want to thank Rachael and her Mom for choosing me to capture these amazing memories. As you head off to college this month, I wish you nothing  but the very best. I know you will accomplish amazing things and I can't wait to hear all about your fantastic adventures. Enjoy.
