Dubuque Iowa Family Portraits

I love family sessions. It gives me the opportunity to help capture a new story. Families are ever changing and growing year by year and even day by day. I was especially excited when I met with Chassidy and she explained her love for not just pictures but art. During the design consult we got to know one another, talk about how she wanted to display her new art, and the best part was we “just clicked”. I pride myself on developing relationships with my clients because I feel in order property capture your portraits I should get to know the people behind the smiles.
For this family session we traveled to Eagle Point Park in Dubuque Iowa and hit up the awesome down town Millwork district as well. I loved the clothing choices and Mom did well-picking colors that coordinated and popped on camera. This family was absolutely amazing giving me great interaction and it was easy to see the love they all share. I can’t wait to watch this family grow and I hope to be part of capturing their ever evolving story. Thank you Thruman family for sharing your family, your joy, and your moments with me. Enjoy!
