Class of 2027 Senior Pictures | Cole – Black Hawk High School

Meet Cole! A Class of 2027 senior from Black Hawk High School who brought a little bit of EVERYTHING to his senior portrait experience! From historic streets and country sunsets to football, basketball, baseball, and some seriously epic Green Screen portraits, this guy's session had it all.

Cole is a big guy with an even bigger heart. He's quiet, laid-back, and about as easygoing as they come. Getting to know him and capturing all the different sides of his personality was such a pleasure!

Historic Galena, Country Sunsets & a Little Adventure

We kicked off Cole's personal session in beautiful historic Galena, Illinois, taking advantage of the vintage architecture and gorgeous scenery at Grant Park. Those vine-covered columns and the walking bridge overlooking downtown never disappoint!

From there, we headed to the country, where an incredible sunset over the valley gave us the perfect backdrop. Cole even got into the water for some pretty awesome portraits! Between the beautiful light and his easygoing attitude, it was an amazing evening.

Football, Family Roots & Personal Touches

For our second evening together, we headed to Cole's football field. As a three-sport athlete, sports are a huge part of his life, but football holds a special place in his heart. After years of dedication, hard work, and memories on that field, we knew these portraits needed to be something special.

Cole also had one very specific request a particular field with a particular tractor. And I LOVED it! Those personal touches are exactly what make senior portraits so meaningful. Every location told another piece of Cole's story.

The Green Screen Experience

Last but certainly not least, Cole took on our Green Screen Sports Experience, celebrating football, basketball, baseball, AND weightlifting!

I'll admit, with Cole being so quiet and laid-back, I wasn't sure what to expect in the studio. But WOW! Put this guy in a uniform, and it's like flipping a switch!

The intensity, determination, and willingness to try some crazy ideas were incredible. We created some seriously dramatic portraits, and Cole absolutely delivered!

Thank You, Cole!

Cole, thank you and a huge thank-you to your family  for choosing Candid Touch Photography to capture these memories. From the historic streets of Galena to the football field and studio, it was such a pleasure getting to know you and bringing your senior portrait experience to life.

I wish you the very best as you finish your senior year and head into your next chapter. With your determination, kind heart, and quiet confidence, I know you'll accomplish some pretty amazing things.

Enjoy every moment of your senior year, Cole!
