Miss Jaiden - Class of 2023

This absolutely stunning Class of 2023 Senior is not only gorgeous but she has the sweetest heart. When I first met with Jaiden she was reserved, very laid back, and very sweet. However, I knew this girl would come out of her shell once we gently challenged her to step outside her comfort zone. I'm all about celebrating what makes everyone unique and capture their personality. I never want to change anyone because a senior portrait experience should be super personal. Jaiden was the perfect example of a young lady who walked into my studio not knowing just how absolutely stunning she is on not only the inside but the outside as well. I wanted to capture all the sides of her personality and let this girl shine. 

For her first session we traveled to the beautiful Dubuque Arboretum. This location never disappoints with the beautiful flowers, water features, and beautiful light. We had the perfect weather to start her session. From here we traveled to downtown Dubuque to get a little more edgy. Jaiden's eyes are so piercing! This location was just a perfect contrast to the start of our day and added a gorgeous view. We ended our evening hitting up the water with a stunning blue dress. Golden hour did not disappoint and Jaiden was a trooper braving the chilly water. 

Jaiden and her mom decided to add on a night session. I love night sessions! It allows my seniors to go a little more dramatic, show off a gorgeous prom dress, and be a little edgier. The nervous Jaiden I started our first session with was no where to be seen that night. She absolutely killed her night session and the results are phenomenal. I always tell my girls to not be afraid to "take up space" in this world. Jaiden you have not only taken up space you've claimed it girl!
