Senior Spotlight - Griffin Class of 2022

Did you know, senior portrait popularity is very state specific? In fact, not only is it state specific but can be regional specific within a state. I want to introduce you to Griffin, a Class of 2022 senior that traveled from California for his senior portraits because they're sorta not a thing in Northern California. Griffin's mom, a midwesterner, wanted this milestone to be captured.  I felt so blessed to have the opportunity to capture these memories for them. 

Griffin loves all things nature and the outdoors. He's so incredibly laid back and has such a sweet soul that it made our time together effortless. Now, the landscape here is vastly different, I think we did the tri-state area justice with some of our gorgeous locations. We made a visit to the beautiful Dubuque Arboretum and took in the beautiful wooded paths, made a stop by the koi pond, and just enjoyed the gardens. It was a gorgeous day and I knew the sunset was going to be spot on. We headed towards the river to make sure to take advantage of the light as well as a view of the bluffs. 

I want to thank Griffin to choosing me to capture his senior portrait experience as well as his mom for trusting me to capture such an important milestone. I wish you the very best as you begin your new chapter, I know you will do and accomplish AMAZING things!
